Founder & Executive Chef Anthony Ramirez is a Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts graduate with honors and more than 16 years of experience creating memorable events throughout South Florida.

Chef Anthony remains personally involved in the culinary direction of Exquisite Bites, bringing restaurant-level technique, creativity and attention to detail to weddings, corporate events and private celebrations.
