Meet Chef Anthony Ramirez
Founder and Executive Chef Anthony Ramirez is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, where he graduated with honors. His culinary career includes experience in upscale restaurants and more than 16 years creating weddings, corporate events and private celebrations throughout South Florida.
Chef Anthony founded Exquisite Bites with the goal of bringing restaurant-level technique, creativity and personalized service to catered events. He remains personally involved in the culinary direction of the company, from menu development and tastings to event execution.
His approach is centered on quality ingredients, thoughtful presentation and creating food that guests genuinely remember.
